The problem we kept hitting

Run a couple of screens and the bills are easy to ignore. Run fifty, and suddenly you’re paying per screen, every month, forever — the same rate whether a display is showing a national campaign or sitting dark in a back office. Pricing that punishes you for growing never sat right with us.

Why offline mattered from day one

We’d also watched too many screens stall on a spinning loader because the internet dropped for thirty seconds. A sign that needs a perfect connection to do its one job isn’t really a sign — it’s a risk standing in front of your customers. So PixelFlow Studio was offline-first from the start: every screen keeps its own copy of the content and just plays, connection or not.

What we set out to build

One place to design, schedule and watch every screen — with a proper studio built in, a live view of what each display is playing right now, and a flat, plan-based price instead of a per-screen meter. The basics aren’t add-ons. The invoice doesn’t surprise you. And it works the same whether you’re running one screen or a few hundred.

Independent, and close to you

We’re independent, and we plan to stay that way. There are no investors pushing us to bolt on upsells or put the basics behind another subscription — your plan price covers the product.
