Built for AV integrators & Enterprise

Run every screen,
everywhere.

Whether it’s five screens in one office or five hundred across the country, PixelFlow Studio runs them all from one place. Upload your videos, images and designs, drop them into a playlist, and every screen picks it up in seconds — and keeps playing even when the wifi doesn’t. No per-screen bill, no servers to look after.

How we price

Priced per screen.
Priced by plan.

Signage is usually billed per screen, so the bill climbs every time you add a display — and keeps climbing. PixelFlow Studio is plan-based: you choose a plan sized to your fleet, and your cost per screen falls as that fleet grows rather than climbing with it.

£0setup fees · no per-screen licence keys
1plan for your fleet — not a per-screen meter
Lowercost per screen the larger your fleet grows

From idea to the wall

Upload once. Play everywhere.

  1. 01

    Design it in your browser

Open the built-in studio — text, images, video, shapes and live widgets, right on the canvas. In a hurry? Drop in a video and you’re done. Nothing to install.

  2. 02

    Send it to your screens

Build a playlist, set a schedule, then pick the screens that need it — one, a dozen, or every screen you run, in a single go. Hit save and they update within seconds.

  3. 03

It keeps playing — even offline

Every player keeps its own copy of the content and plays from there. Wifi drops? The screen doesn’t even flinch — it just catches up once the connection’s back.

  4. 04

    You get proof it played

Every play is logged and sent back to you — plays, hours on screen and completion rates, by screen or across your whole account, ready to export as a CSV. You always know exactly what showed, where, and when.

Why teams switch

Signage that behaves.

Studio

Design anything yourself

A full design studio is built in — layers, animations, video on the canvas, your brand colours and live widgets. Everything you need to produce screen content is included in your plan, with no separate design tool or extra subscription to buy.

Reliability

It runs offline, always

Your content lives on the player, not in the cloud. An outage, flaky shop wifi, someone rebooting the router — none of it touches the screen. That’s the difference between signage that just works and signage that lets you down in front of customers.

Control

You stay in control

See what every screen is playing right now, and reach any of them from your desk — restart, screenshot, volume, kiosk-lock, 40+ commands on Android and Windows. Four roles per workspace mean each person gets exactly the access they need, and nothing more.

Where it runs

One platform, every setting.

From a global head office to a single coffee shop — the same control panel, whatever your screens are for.

Platforms

Runs on the screens you already have.

Deploy on standard Android media players, install the Windows player on any PC, run it on a Raspberry Pi, put it inside a Samsung display, or just open it in Chrome or Edge — same content, same control panel, with the fullest remote control on Android, Windows and Raspberry Pi.

Available now

Android

Any Android 9+ media player or commercial display — standard hardware from the supplier you already use, with no proprietary player to buy.

Android TV / Google TV

Turn an ordinary Android TV or Google TV set into a signage screen. The same player as the Android card — install it, pair with a code, and the TV plays your content offline, brand names in the strip below. Android 9 or newer.

Windows 10 / 11

A fullscreen desktop player for any Windows 10 / 11 PC or mini-PC. One quick install (~100 MB), pair with a code, and it looks after itself — restarting overnight to stay healthy, downloading new versions in the background ready for you to install from the dashboard, and bringing itself straight back if it ever crashes. Plays offline like every PixelFlow player.

Raspberry Pi

The lowest-cost way to put a screen online. A Raspberry Pi 4 running 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS. Install once and it starts playing on its own every time the power comes back, takes new versions from the dashboard without a site visit, and plays Full HD offline like every PixelFlow player.

Samsung Smart Signage

Commercial Samsung Smart Signage displays, SSSP 6. PixelFlow runs inside the display itself: no player box, no extra hardware, no second power lead. Point the screen at PixelFlow once; it installs itself, and picks up new versions on its own when it next powers on.

Web browser

Open a URL on any screen — no install. Mac, Linux, Chromebox and smart displays running Chrome or Edge. Once your playlist has downloaded it stays on the screen, so it keeps playing through connection drops.

Live fleet visibility

See every screen, live, from your desk.

PixelFlow Studio shows you what each display is playing right now — live, over an always-on connection, not a status from an hour ago. Catch a frozen screen, confirm a campaign went out, or grab a screenshot — even pull a device’s logs — without sending anyone to site. That means fewer site visits, and problems found before your customers see them.

  • Real-time now-playing over a live connection
  • Remote restart & screenshot on Android and Windows, kiosk lock on Android, volume on every player
  • Online / offline health at a glance
  • Full device vitals — storage, network, uptime, even CPU & GPU on PCs

Global scale

One control panel.
Every screen on earth.

Whether your displays sit in one building or on six continents, PixelFlow Studio manages them all from a single place — push content out, watch status come back, keep every screen in sync. Distance is just another row in the fleet.

Built to trust

Your screens. Your data. Our infrastructure.

Signage that an IT and security team can sign off on — and that integrators can stand behind with their own clients.

Hosted and managed for you

PixelFlow Studio runs on managed cloud infrastructure — there are no servers for you to provision, patch or maintain. Sign in and start; we keep it running, updated and backed up.

No per-screen lock-in

No licence keys tied to individual screens, and no per-screen meter ticking up as you grow — you pay by plan, not by the display. And because every player caches its content and plays offline, a dropped connection doesn’t blank the screen.

Built on open standards

Built on mainstream, well-documented web technology rather than anything proprietary, so your IT team can assess it and take it through a standard security review.

Isolated and role-based

Four roles and full data isolation per workspace, so a large team — or an integrator managing multiple clients — stays cleanly separated, with everyone seeing only what they should.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Images, video, and full designs from the built-in studio — mixed into playlists and scheduled by time of day. Designs can include QR codes, live playlists and auto-refreshing images such as dashboards or camera feeds. A library of no-code apps (weather, clock, feeds) is in build and not available yet.

Any Android 9+ media player or TV, any Windows 10 / 11 PC or mini-PC, or simply a browser on a screen you already have — the same content and the same dashboard on every platform, with no per-platform fees. We don’t sell hardware and there is no proprietary player to buy, so you can source from your existing supplier. Each screen can also be set to the video format its own hardware decodes best (H.264, H.265 or VP9) and we convert your files automatically, so entry-level players run as smoothly as high-end ones.

Minutes. Connect an Android player to any screen — or install the Windows player, or just open the web player in a browser — pair it with a code, drop your content into a playlist, and assign it. The design studio runs in your browser too, so there’s no design software to learn.

Your images, video and designs are cached on the player and play from there, so the screen keeps going through any outage. The one exception is anything that pulls live data, such as an auto-refreshing dashboard or camera image in a design: it needs a connection to fetch anything new, but it keeps showing what it last had and the rest of your playlist plays on.

Without a site visit, and mostly without you. Android players update themselves over the air, silently — on Android 12 and newer that works on any player; on older versions it needs the player set up as Device Owner (how our media players ship). The Windows player downloads new versions in the background and restarts itself overnight; you then press Install update in the dashboard when it suits you, so a version never changes under your feet. The web player takes the newest version when you push it from the dashboard. Screens keep their identity through every update — no re-pairing.

Four roles per workspace — owner, admin, editor and viewer — with full data isolation between workspaces. Give a store manager edit access to their own screens without handing over the keys to everything else.

Your workspace is isolated: every request re-checks that you belong to it before any data is returned, so one customer can never see another’s screens or content. Passwords are hashed and never stored in the clear, sign-ins are rate-limited and the account locks after repeated failed attempts, and everything travels over HTTPS. We run on MongoDB Atlas, Vercel and Render, with automated backups and point-in-time recovery.

Yes — 30 days, up to 5 screens, every feature, and no card required. If it’s not for you, just walk away; there’s nothing to cancel.

Per-screen pricing bills you for every display you run, so your bill grows with your estate. PixelFlow Studio charges a flat price for a band of screens, so your cost per screen falls as the fleet grows: our Starter plan works out at £4.60 a screen, and our largest plan at £3.60. You can compare that directly against any per-screen quote you hold.

Paid plans are billed by a simple monthly invoice, paid by bank transfer — no card needed. The plan price covers everything: the design studio, every player we support, all the features, with no per-app or per-platform surcharges. The only additions are VAT and, if you go past your plan’s screen count, the per-extra-screen rate shown on the pricing.

Pick the plan whose band fits your fleet. Need a few more than the band includes? They’re added at your plan’s per-screen rate — no surprise jumps, and that rate only improves on bigger plans.
